Hey, I’m Andy, the founder of REVIVED Fitness. I’m here for you in every step of the fitness journey. I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. The expertise in exercise physiology, anatomy, nutrition, training program development, and fitness assessments help
me indicate, plan & quickly deliver the results clients are looking for. With more than 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve tested and developed the methods and techniques to maximize my client’s performance in competition, gym and outside training,
and day to day life. The approach is extremely effective in achieving body fat loss, an increase in muscle mass, and functional strength. With a great focus on overall well-being, my clients are gaining confidence and seeing many aspects of their lives enriched. Join me to help you win!

My Discipline & Love

I discovered that I got a knack for making people’s lives better almost by chance. Having had to end my winning streak in impressing girls as a break-dancer when an accident dislocated my elbow and injured my back, I refused to be inactive and started coaching my friends to breakdance.

Having been on that journey, I knew I wanted to share that knowledge and spread the positive message of greater well-being of the body and the mind. In 2013, I received my Personal Training and Nutrition diploma and joined the ranks of the fitness fanatics. Witnessing clients become better versions of themselves truly inspires me, which is why I am 100% invested whenever we have that shared experience. The uniqueness of the program for my clients depends on their schedule, lifestyle, preferences, and needs for their goals. I track everything from your body weight, strength, fatigue, hunger, sleep, and recovery so we know exactly how your body is responding to the program, and adjust accordingly towards continues progress.

Easily accessible right from phone

Your program will be easily accessible right from your phone so you can follow it anywhere at a time that’s convenient to you, so you’re not stuck to having to make appointments either. This comes with video demonstrations showing you exactly how to perform each exercise as well, with the option of sending me videos to assess your form, questions or simple “Hey I’ve smashed the workout today”. That will make me a proud coach knowing you hit like a rock star!

We work together, and in your program, we give you the most return out of your time and effort in the gym. This leaves you with more time for family, friends, other passions in your life, or maybe you’re busy enough as-is so you need to make the most of whatever time you have available.

This service is for the clients who cannot reach me at the gym as often as they would like to. This form of training has gained much popularity over the past few years, which has enabled my clients to access my coaching through technology while seeing me in person one to two times per month.

Regular communication

The framework within which we train together is of regular communication and time-honoured audits of your progress and performance. The flexibility of Hybrid Coaching is particularly beneficial for those who may otherwise miss out due to busy lifestyles and commitments. Coupled with bespoke workout programs and nutrition guidelines, that will help you reach your fitness goals.

I used to be obese and had chronic pain resulting from breaking my back when I was younger. As I put on weight my pain got worse and I couldn’t do as much exercise so I put on more weight and it spiraled until I was disabled with pain and very depressed. I have Type 1 diabetes and because of the pain and being unable to exercise my control was poor and I was starting to have serious complications. I started training with Andy and only in 3 months I lost 15 pounds of body fat and I started to lift weights. This changed my life. I’d been told by all doctors that I’d always have some level of pain, but they were wrong – I haven’t had any back pain since started lifting weights 4 years ago. Since then my Type 1 has also been well controlled, my mental health has improved considerably, and I feel (and look) better than I ever have. Andy has been instrumental in this process, and I’d recommend him to anyone ready to change their life for the better. He listens and has always built programs that I enjoy doing. After years of gymnastics and then intense sporadic cardio sessions and hours of spin classes a week, I didn’t really have any idea of what to train or how to do it. Since then Andy has shifted my goals as we have progress, changing as we try new approaches and movements. We are now working towards a 100kg deadlift as well as a 40kg clean. YES. You will get a nutrition plan as an ADD ON option that’s adjusted four-weekly. If
you just starting food knowledge journey and have some bad diet habits to conquer
we get you on 12-month behaviour change program that will transform your life and
give you lifetime understanding on how to enjoy food without getting hooked on fad
diets that just leaves you frustrated.

We got FUNDAMENTALS for you. The safest and quickest way to get fitter is to get the help of
an expert to make sure you increase your fitness levels at the right pace. You will be surprised
where can you get in 4-16 weeks.

Online Coaching – you can access your training & nutrition programs anywhere you go.

No matter what your goal, budget and lifestyle, if you are truly committed to getting results we
have a package that will help you.

It depends entirely on your goals and level of commitment. Our clients achieve great results
withing 4-16 weeks.

Personal training and small group training is 30-60 min. Online Training and Nutrition
Coaching 15-60 min.

Again, this depends upon your personal circumstances and preferences. You will
gain great results from both.

All clients must complete a PAR-Q before commencing any exercise programme. This is a
Physical Readiness Questionnaire which will be carried out in your free consultation, it will
help to identify any health restrictions.

A minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all appointments, so we can
reallocate your session. Notice of fewer than 24 hours will incur full payment of the
session fee. To cancel please either phone or text your dedicated coach.

We develop a customised training program for each of our clients, tailored toward their
needs, allowing them to reach their stated goals in a reasonable time frame.
The types of training covered are body fat loss, functional strength training, muscle
building and mobility/flexibility. Muay Thai for beginners available on request.

The purpose of a Personal Trainer or Coach is to provide a specific program based on
underpinning expert knowledge. Each client has an initial consultation discussing
barriers, objectives and goals in preparation for beginning training.
The barriers to achieving your goals are just as important, so we can identify these and
look at ways to overcome them.
It is our job to both advise and motivate you to maintain your full commitment to the
program and to continually adapt and progress your program to keep you interested and
focused on achieving your goals.

Absolutely. We offer one-to-one training, small-group sessions & online coaching.
Whether it’s working out as a couple or bringing up to two friends we have the
package to suit you.
